Waterway Engineering
Working with May Gurney, CPC Civils would undertake works to replace three hundred meters of the harbour and river walls.
This work for Waveney District Council would take place in early 2013.
The work would consist of driving fifteen meter long piles, in pairs, to level, in front of the existing failed wall.
These piles were then anchored using over 120 No 85mm diameter steel tie bars to a line of back piles.
Our team would construct a concrete capping beam utilising our own Dawson shuttering system. Ladders, mooring bollards and mooring points were installed. Following this our team would reinstate the whole quayside and RNLI station.
