Be Bright Stay Safe

Be Bright Be Safe

CPC Civils are pleased to have joined the ‘Be Bright Stay Safe’ campaign in partnership with UK Power Networks.

CPC Civils have been working with Trant and National Grid on major security and infrastructure works.

This Health & Safety pledge is part of our continual improvement of standards to ensure we continue to work at the highest safety within the industry.

Be Bright Stay Safe

UK Power Networks has produced a number of informative leaflets and posters covering key aspects of electrical safety.

The Be Bright Be Safe campaign is one CPC Civils fully supports as part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest safety standards across our operations.

Safety is a core value underpinning everything CPC Civils does.

Whether it’s working near overhead power lines or underground electrical cables, we recognise the importance of ensuring our workforce remains informed, vigilant and equipped to manage potential hazards.

By actively promoting awareness of the dangers associated with working around electrical infrastructure, we ensure that our teams are encouraged to engage with trusted industry guidance.

The range of materials provided by UK Power Networks – including safety leaflets for excavation, overhead lines, trade specific advice, haulage operations and visual reminders such as the Think Before You Dig cab sticker –  are valuable tools in raising the awareness needed and reinforcing safe working practices.

These resources align closely with our own safety values. They complement the robust training, communication, and risk management procedures already in place at CPC Civils.

By supporting initiatives like this, we continue to strengthen our culture of safety and accountability, helping to protect our people, our partners, and the communities in which we work.

At CPC Civils, safety is more than a priority — it’s a shared responsibility we all uphold, every day.
