Sarah has been an integral part of CPC Civils for over 13 years and is responsible for leading the company’s Safety, Health, Environment and Quality strategy across its operations.
As a member of the senior management team, Sarah plays a key role in shaping business strategy, supporting operational performance and ensuring that SHEQ remains central to decision-making at every level of the organisation.
With extensive experience across civil engineering, construction and utilities, Sarah leads CPC’s SHEQ team, providing strategic direction and oversight of risk management, compliance, operational assurance, behavioural safety and continual improvement.
She works closely with senior leaders, operational teams and key clients, supporting the delivery of major infrastructure frameworks and ensuring that CPC’s management systems, standards and working practices continue to meet both regulatory requirements and evolving client expectations.
Sarah is committed to developing a strong, positive safety culture built on leadership, accountability and workforce engagement. Her approach focuses on practical risk management, supporting people and driving improvements that make a genuine difference to safety, quality, environmental performance and the wider business.
