We are looking for a dedicated individual to carry out the role of a PA and administration assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy but fun office environment for an established, forward thinking company.
Responding efficiently and effectively to emails
Answering calls and liaising with both staff and clients competently
Maintaining filing systems
Making travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and clients
Organising management and client events
Previous experience in an administrative and/or PA role is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, word, excel etc.)
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multi task and prioritise work
Brilliant verbal and written communication skills
